What is lip reshaping?

Plastic lip surgery is performed to make shape of the lips more expressive, improve their volume and make them more splendid and plumper. Lip reshaping is performed also in cases, when there is a need to eliminate inborn and during the life acquired visual defects and improve lips of asymmetric shape.

Conduct of lip reshaping procedure

During the lip reshaping, special filler is injected very precisely in the relevant areas using a very fine micro-needle. Fillers like restylane, juvederm and hyaluronic acid, which are natural, safe and anti-allergic. Improvement of lip shape is possible also applying the adipocyte transplantation method, when adipocytes are taken from one body area and moved to other.

Lip reshaping is procedure of the highest simplicity. Lip plastic is performed under local anaesthesia, making only the areas affected by the surgery senseless. Surgery lasts 30 minutes and customer is allowed to go home right afterwards.

Lip reshaping using adipocyte

If adipocyte transplantation method is applied for lip reshaping, the customer is required to spend 24 hours in the hospital, when adipocyte is taken from the front abdominal wall and injected in the area to be improved – lips – after special laboratory treatment.

After the lip reshaping, oedema and small haemorrhages in the form of bruises may appear. They completely disappear within 7–10 days.
